Hey Barb, for a change I have some good news to report. As you know I've had health issues for the last bunch of years, well they're still there but things are getting better. I was recently in to see a cardiologist about some pains in my chest and he gave my heart a clean bill of heath, which as a big guy that's always relieving to hear. Also I had a colonoscopy since my sister died of Colon cancer and my family has a history of problems in theirs and everything there was clean.

I was in the ER for a night a few months ago, and it was pretty scary but thankfully it turned out to be a simple potassium deficiency, and I'm all better now after I switched my blood pressure meds, and the new ones work better than the old ones do!

I've got a sense of optimism for the first time in a long time, I still have a lot of work to do to get to where I want to be, but things are looking up!
