"Lexington airport has history of planes taxiing on wrong runway"

Which begs the question: Why didn't they install ground radar? Why didn't they assign someone to watch the planes and make sure they got on the right runway? Why didn't they improve the lighting and signage so pilots knew where they were?

The answer is, until last Sunday, no one had died. Nothing ever gets done until someone dies, and as you know Barb even then sometimes nothing gets done.
